This is from a 1980 Surge Studio mag called Surf's Up. Steve Taylor (Al Parker's lover) is in the middle with the beard. The other two are Jack Hudson and Brad Scott, but I don't know which is which. Anyone know the name of the tattooed HCB on the right?
